So I have this liquid that I'm taking 1/2cc of 4x daily. How the hell do I carry this shit with me? I emptied capsules out and put the ref-b in, but it melted the caps!! what do you guys do?

Yeah the caps don't work so well before they get soft and mushy. On days I have to go to work I just take it once in the morning and once at night. On my days off I split up to about 5 doses a day. Ref-b isn't as convenient as dbol pills but works the same and its a lot cheaper.
