I just found a source for this amino and I remember E2 posting about it a while ago and was wondering what the optiomal dosage would be for sleep and recovery? This shit is not cheap however, ($35 for 90 500mg caps) so the minimal effective dosage is what I'm looking for. Thanks bro's!!!!!

1-2g should be plenty. it is considered 1/10th as powerful as 5-HTP mg for mg.

and make sure you don't have anything with alot of tyrosine (most protein sources actually), since they compete for transport across the blood/brain barrier.
