The first question pertains to side effects of Clen. From what I've read on previous posts the sides are the shakes, headaches, upset stomach, etc. I was wondering if these sides are comparible to the sides of ephedrine. Off ephedrine I also get the shakes and periodic headaches but not upset stomach. Are the sides off Clen more intense? The second is about eventually using AS w/o stacking. I don't want to stack even though I know it improves the effects considerably. I don't want massive gains just even gains over a period of time. Contrary to what everybody posted last time I asked a question, I do workout and do cardio. I do cardio four to five times a week and workout three to four times a week. Your best bet would be a low dosage of testosterone over an extended period of time. Clen sides will be slightly worse then epehedrine (depending on the dose in relation). You can take pottasium chloride and / or sea salt to prevent the shakes as well as drinking a lot of water. i would eat like 15 a day for 10 days on 10 off. the headaches were bad, and i felt like shit. but it worked and it was only 10 days. is worth the sides ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
