My goals are to LOSE FAT, maintain/define/gain a little muscle, get a six-pack, and look good for spring. It's for 12 weeks: *Primo Depot 400mg/week I'm gonna workout followed by 30 minutes of cardio 4 times/week in the morning on an empty stomach, and do 45 minutes cardio in the morning on an empty stomach the other 3 days. I'm thinking I'll eat around 2000 cal/day in a 40/40/20 ratio. Right now, I have one bulking cycle under my belt and my stats are as follows: 5'9", 190lbs, 22% BF, 275lb max bench, & 350lb max squat. Again, my physique goals are (please don't flame) to look kind of like a Men's Health model. Comments and criticism would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. ------------------

Thats a lot of Primo. You must be loaded. I don't know enough about some of those drugs to really offer any advice. But with those doses of primo and winny, you should definitely get some serious results. ------------------

Bro, you don't need the nolvadex, or proviron because neither of the steroids you're using aromatize into estrogen - just keep the clomid around for post-cycle. You might want to drink the winny, since 94 days of shooting every day in a row...ouch 12 weeks is too long for t3 - four weeks tops. I think that you'll easily get the look you're after.

I'm not sure if your plan was to lift in the morning followed by cardio all on an empty stomach??? If so...big no no. Never lift on a empty stomach. Your workout will suffer imensly and you will send your muscles into an extremely catabolic state...Buy Buy muscle mass. Cardio is one thing but lifting is another. Two a days. Find time. ------------------

quote: I agree with you that the Nolvadex may not be necessary, but I'm not taking the Proviron for it's anti-estrogenic properties, but rather, to fufill the androgenic component of my cycle. You see, Proviron is actually an androgen that is incapable of being converted to estrogen... the fact that it has "anti-estrogenic" properties simply stems from the fact that it competitevely inhibits the aromatase enzyme without actually being converted to estrogen by it, thereby preventing aromatase from acting on other, "convertible" steroid molecules. I want to use it to give my muscles the hard, defined look that can only be obtained with the androgenic drugs... nice theory... I hope it works. I was gonna alternate the Winny injections b/w my bis, tris, and if need be, delts. Finally, I most definitely would NOT DO T3/Cytomel for 12 weeks... Triacana is a rapidly metabolized form of T3... considered much milder and safer than Cytomel. Thanks for your input.

quote: Yeah Beezers, I was kind of concerned about this issue. What kind of workout & cardio routine would you suggest? Times? With food or on an empty stomach? How many times a week? Keep my goals in mind. Thanks. ------------------

Cool - makes sense Good luck with the proviron scheme, sounds interesting and I hope it works out for you. I agree with Beezers - doing both on an empty stomach is overkill. I would suggest [keeping your goals in mind] to do something like lifting 5 times a week for less than an hour per session, one body part per week [not on an empty stomach]. Follow each lifting session with 20min cardio. Once a week, maybe Saturday morning or something, do cardio on an empty stomach, and take one day per week off. This kind of thing works fairly well for me - I'm saying that because I have, and always had, the same goals as you.

I personaly hit up an hour of moderate cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I lift in late afternoon after I have eaten several meals. Post lifting I slam the carbs to replenish muscle glycogen and allow the muscles the best chance to recuiperate while in the catabolic state of dieting. I don't know what you schedual is but I certainly would not lift without any nourishment for you muslces. It's no just about loosing weight...It's more so about preserving muscle. I lift 5 days a week one muscle group a day and I do cardio 5 days a week. Mon/Wed/Fri for 60 in the morning and 20 minutes post workout in the afternoon on Tue/Thu(not on an empty stomach but in a low glycogen state post. workout ------------------ |
