I just finished my first week of my cycle and i bruised my ribs at work. Doc told me to take it easy for a week or two. This really pisses me off cause my strength is finally going up and now i got to take a week or two off. It hurts like a bitch when i sneeze caugh, take a deep breath or move the wrong way. Should i keep juicin for the week i'm off or should i stop juicin and wait like 2 weeks and start it up again. I would have to cut my cycle down a week but i figure if i keep on juicin next week it would be a waste of juice since i can't work out. keep the cycle going (it'll speed recovery, doc said one week... I give you 3-4 days with AS, don't sweat it.) get your diet in, same as normal (on AS) and "STAY HUNGRY!" ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
