this is regarding to people without bb careers,...... i dont know about any of you,but when i stop my cycle i tend to stop working out for some reason and end up looking like shit. this is a problem and want to know if any of you people do the same thing... i guess it has to do with the lack of will-power & strength decrease.. -MIKE-

I have the same problem. It comes from lack of motivation and I usually catch myself just before I start losing weight. Clomid is scarce around here, so I don't really get a good restoration after cycles until about a month later. By then I'm pretty well pissed at life and I feel like I'm starting over again. Somehow I manage to stay ahead. After a cycle, I get to where I feel like lifting, but I don't feel like the extra 30 mins round trip for the gym. I hope to alleviate this with my new bench and free weights...... Is there anything you can take besides Clomid to help restore you? Mind you all I do is 400mg Deca cycles, so I'm not going to be all that inhibited anyway. I love Deca. Side effect free to this day, and no one ever notices I've gained 10lbs lean mass per whack enough to accuse me of juicing. I did have some jealous asshole bring it up in front of a few darling girls one day though, but that's another story. The bastard knew me, but he had no reason to blurt that out, and he has no idea, nor could he know I was juicin at the time. Boy I almost....... Anyway..... Later bro!

I used to have a similiar problem, but I found a cure for myself. for people like me when you take two many days off in a row you loose your motivation, workout don't take 3 hours to do, so instead of doing something like 3 on 2 off seperate them doing something like 4 on 1 off 2 on 1 off and then repeat, and do smaller bodyparts on the days when you don't feel right up to par and then when you feel fucking great do big body parts and then switch them so you are working them even. Hope this helps

I usually take a week or so off here and there when I'm really burnt after all the hard work. I basically train year-round, though -- on or off cycle. If you don't train naturally, you'll never be used to non-steroidal, gradual gains, and you'll either lose all your gains when you come off, or never come off! That's not the way to do it in my book.

It is advisable to take about 7 days off after a cycle to rest and recuperate. It is actually beneficial to take 7-10 days off once in a while. You will come back stronger that when you left. Just try it.

The only time I take time off is if I have a really bad flu, serious injury, or when I just feel that I've overtrained. I take 1-2wks off at a time.

Here's what I do. Say I'm doing a 6 week cycle(I like 6 week cycles), I'll train those six weeks plus another two (longer acting gear still in the system) then take a one week break.

For me it is a way of life. If I can't lift I am very unhappy. I am not a BB and couldn't compete at any level, I do it for me. Only time I take off is if I get really burned out and that is like one time a year for 2 weeks max, usually one week. To each his own, but if I can't get that pump then I literally feel bad....oh well

I agree with 2thick as well, i generally take a week off post cycle, but i will add that it is important to maintain your diet during this period as well. Important to keep your caloric intake up to the same level as when you were on your cycle.. ------------------

I would literally DIE if I couldn't train. It's a part of my life like eating, sleeping, breathing, etc... I work in a large office environment and let me tell you, these business type people are absolutely pitiful!!! I'm sitting in the lunch room with my tupperware full of grilled chicken and steamed rice and what do they have...a bag of chips and a soda or a half dozen slices of pizza or some other freakin slop that doesn't qualify as food. Then they look at my lunch and say "WOW, did you actually make that yourself???" HOW F-ING HARD IS IT TO STEAM SOME RICE AND GRILL CHICKEN??? It doesn't take 10 hours to cook this type of stuff. Then they wonder why they're always sick and getting so grossly overweight. Anyone on this board feel me on this??? Back to the real issue, I always take a week off about 3 times a year just because I feel physically and mentally burned out. I always come back feeling charged up and ready to blast heavier than ever. I'm in my early 30's and am preparing for my first ever cycle. My question is...why do the cycle, then quit training only to lose what you've gained??? You're wasting money. Gear ain't cheap.

I stopped before and went back below from where I had started. It sucks to stop because it messes you up. I will never stop again.

I never stop i cut back a little so not to overtrain. And every year i take about 2-3 weeks off and come back better. Gives my joints a rest!!

Unless you are taking a break like 2thick very wisely suggests, there is no good reason to stop training. Barring injury or sickness of course. ------------------

i use eca as a post cycle crutch. i dont think i could go more than a few days without lifting. lifting keeps me from getting depressed and most importantly it keeps me sane.

If you find yourself laying around the house, knowing you should be at the gym, just pop a couple of ripped fuel, or drink some coffee. It works for me.

I take a week off usually. Rest is VERY important. Give your body that chance to heal!

It doesent matter if Im on or off, I cant stop training. Im adicted to it. The only diference is that my workouts are less frecuently and with less volume while off. ------------------ |
