I'm wondering, for those you who have done primo/winny cycles, what kind of progress did you make? It's been 3 and half weeks since i started, and i've noticed gains in strength(not mass), but nothing that i wouldn't have noticed had i not taken anything. Is this what i should expect? Should i expect really slow strength gains over an eight week period, or do you think i'd notice something dramatic once the gear starts to kick in. I've been doing 400 primo/week and 60 winny eod.

How is your nutritional habits as far as calories/protein consumed? I am sure they are good but are you taking in enough calories? Are you cutting with that stack or just trying to add some quality muscle? What are your goals from this cycle?

Primo/Winny and you expect to gain a lot of weight? This is more of strength and cutting type as, they will get you muscle (and lean body weight) but I dont think you will see a whole lot of mass on this one.

However, you should see some, and Id bet your diet isnt dialed in, give us a sample (honestly) of a days eating? Lets see if we can fix this.

I eat plenty of calories, and I'm doing this for quality gains in muscle. What is the response time for this cycle?

3 weeks, why don't you want to share your diet? Post what you ate today, that shouldn't be to hard.
