IT IS GREAT CARDIO. MAKE SURE U RAP UR RISTS AND WHERE GLOVES. IT PUTS ALOT OF STRESS ON YOUR JOINTS. WHICH JUICE CAN MAKE EVEN WORSE.IT IS NOT A BAD IDEA TO KNOW HOW TO THROW A PUNCH OR TWO, SO IF UR JOINTS ARE UP TO IT... GO FOR IT. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I used to do it all the time, but ended up with pretty shot elbows (couldn't do heavy extensions for about 4 months ![]() Just be careful and stop if your body can't take the extra stress. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
