coming off a mass cycle made some good gains but aslo gained some fat. dont want to fuck up and lose my gains like have in the past by cutting calories but this is starting to suck look like shit. would and eca stack help dont want to have to use anything that is outlawed right now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It all depends on how soon you need to lose it. If you are not doing a show or hanging at the beach anytime soon then just do normal cardio and eat clean and it will go away. If you need to lose it soon do cardio atleast 3 times a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This will burn it off. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN OFF YOUR CYCLE BRO? AN ECA WOULD HELP BUT YOU ALSO RUN THE RISK OF LOOSING THE MUSCLE YOU WORKED SO HARD FOR. I find that it's really easy to lose muscle from cardio first-thing-in the morning on an empty stomach, IF YOU OVERDO IT. If you are reasonable, then it probably won't be a problem - I would hit an ECA, then do only 20 minutes. I get really paranoid when I start putting fat on, 'cause I used to be fat as a kid, so I often overtrain on cardio, and lose muscle, and have my squat go to shit from too much stress on the quads. It might be safer to do your cardio in the morning only once or twice per week, and the rest of the time, do 10-20 minutes of high intensity stuff after you lift, except on leg days or the day after. I can lose a ton of fat from doing cardio on a fasted stomach, but like the other dude said, IF YOU AREN'T IN A HURRY, then try to achieve this goal through diet as much as possible - it's the safer way, since it sounds like you are very concerned about muscle loss. If you were in a HURRY, then I'd say hit it 5 times a week on an empty stomach, and it would melt off. Just my opinion though, good luck ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
