Hey gang, this is my first post on the board after monitoring it for sometime now. I can't thank you guys enough for the knowledge i have learned in just a month or so. Knowledge Is King!
Anyway, i'm preparing for a cycle that I'll start sometime in March. I'm kind of stuck at should I lean out before they cycle which would drop my BF. Or should I just continue to go heavy and carry around what I have up till then. right now i'm 31 y.o, 6'4-230 and about 15-20 bf. I'm not fat but don't have much definition. I've got a large frame and think that 15-20 pounds of solid muscle would put me where I want to be ( even if I leaned out and lost 5-10 preping for cycle) i've been lifting about 6 years full time. I am not sure what gear I'll be trying but am looking at a sust/eg with something on top of one of those. Once again, thanks for the lessons learned.

If it was me I would try to drop a few pounds so that if I gained some fat bulking it wouldn't go on top of what I was already carrying. Good luck.
