I intend to use insulin with my hgh. I am only going to take it after workouts. 10iu right after I work out and then 100grams of carbs. Then how long till I should take my gh? And then what after that. I don't know if this is a dumb question or not but I have never used gh before and want to make sure I do it right.

THE IDEAL WAY TO TAKE GH IS TO SPLIT IT UP MORNING AND NIGHT 2 IU MORINING 2 NIGHT WITH THE SLIN SPLIT 10 MORINING 10 POST WORKOUT. IT IS GOOD TO TAKE IN THE MORNING BECAUSE U JUST FASTED FOR 8HRS. OR SO

flexxy, so it's ok to take the 2nd insulin post workout and the 2nd GH at night? I thought they needed to be taken together.
