I do em' on back day... You only need to do them once a week on which ever day you decide. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would not do regular and stiff deads that close together. Your lower back needs time to recover and you would be risking injury. My opinion is to focus only on one lift at a time, 4 to 6 weeks, then switch to the other. Everybody is different so find what works best for you. Train hard ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There are two ways you can do it. Either heavy deadlifts once every 6 days (on leg day). Or alternate between heavy and light deadlifts every 3 days. You will be happy with the results either way. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I rotate. One week I do stiff legged d lifts for hams, then next week I do regular d lifts for back. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sometimes I'll break up my leg day, and train quads on monday, then hamstrings, back, and traps on wednesday where I'll do both regular and stiff-legs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I had a dead day, bench day, and squat day. It was good for focusing on the dead. Problem was my legs and hips REALLY grew!! I now throw deads in after squats as I do them sumo style which really works the glutes and hip flexors-very minimal back involvement. I am backing way off on legs now, they're not super huge, but big enough that regular pants are very uncomfortable. Time to focus on showy muscles for a while. Try this... On leg day just do regular stiff-legged deadlifts. On back day do what is called "rack deads" Basically, they're like a "partial" deadlift. You put the pins in a power cage up to about your lower thigh and the executioin of the movement is exactly the same as a regular deadlift only you remove pressure off your lower back. If you really want to put on some true A-P thickness onto your back and overall frame give these a try. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I do them alternating weeks... week 1: back-deadlifts week 2: legs-stiff-legged and so, and so on..... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
