This is not fun, tri are cool but i swear to god my left bicep is gonna have to be amputated. I did 1 cc ttokkyo eq in my bis and my left one is red as shit and burns like hell. This is about the most pain i have ever been in in my life. I will stick to delts, quads and tri's. Its been almost 3 days and i still cant flex my bi.
