just looked in the fridge and noticed some slim fast drinks. i'm bout to pop it open and drink it. i'm dieting now and i was wondering if this is a good meal replacement for breakfast. i'm not a morning person so i don't really have time to get up and cook the egg whites like i like to do. what do you guys think about it?

I advice you to drink more simple water and eat simple food like oat. I eat it every morning.

Slim fast is junk, don't drink that shit. If you don't have time to eat the whites, then get you some low carb protein bars.

Yeah, but it's suppose to replace an entire meal.

My opinion is quite different. Even if im dieting, I'll eat alot of food for breakfast. Your go the longest time without eating at night, so your body is craving alot of protein and carbohydrates when you wake up to get going. I say feed yourself good when you wake up, and then watch your diet the rest of the day.
