hey guys, this sounds kinda corny, but i have big legs. not that i dont like them, its just when i start cutting, my upperbody lack, so i loose proportion. i want my legs to get denser, more defined, but little smaller.. i tried lower weights, high reps, didnt work..now i am trying heavy weights not to failure eachset, that doesnt seem working.. any suggestions? my current leg work out is 7 sets squats (1 warm up +6 regular, heavy weights not to failure -about 8 to ten reps) 3 sets of leg presses. heavy, 8 to 10 reps, not to failure 3 sets deadlifts, 3 burn out sets curls 3 burn out sets extentions i am 6`1 230 ~12%BF now.. (most of that bf is around my ass and thighs i guess) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
