Ive been training for a few years and up till last week have just been using supplements like creatine, glutamine, vitamins, etc. Is it still ok to use them during an AS cycle, or is it better just to save them and use them when i finish my cycle. Cheers

Mick

I save the creatine for afterwards but they are all good to use when on, especially mutli vit/mineral tab.

Definately use glutamine. Sure you can use creatine as well. I stop responding to creatine after two weeks so It's worthless to me but glutamine is gold. Of course you need your vitamins and perhaps even larger doses of certain ones while on...anti-oxidents are a must. Most supps are garbage but the ones you mentioned do have valid use and work...on or off AS.

Do the anti oxidants, not remove some of the AS's out of the system, or do they not interfere with them?? Cheers

No, anti-ox's don't remove AS from the blood. They remove the cellular damage(free radicals) training causes. These free radicals can damage cells(muscle cells) and interfere with recuperation. Anti-ox's will aid in recovery.
