I've read that when you come off of a cycle, the best thing to do is lie around, eat a lot, and don't train at all. According to this, intense workouts during lag time will raise blood cortisol levels and there won't be enough test in your system to counteract this catabolism, so you're really doing more harm than good by training during this time. What do you guys think? Is this bullshit?

Thats a big mistake...Use it or lose it.

You will need to cut back on total sets, but intensity and weight used keep high. You will get more fatigued of cycle and your mental motivation will suffer..but you need to maintain your focus until your natural test comes back online.

You will be very sorry and so will your pocket book if you stop trainning after a cycle.

Big waste of time and money

It is a great idea to take off one or possiblytwo weeks 10-14 days after your last injection. It will re-energize you.

Actually I took off for about 2 weeks after my last injection and I didn't lose anything strength or size when I got back to the gym. But then I began eating like crap, skipping meals and slacking off and not going to the gym(for good reasons)and I lost most of my strength(kept a lot of the size though) But when I came back to the gym I gained a lot of my strength back quickly. When I got my full strength back I wasn't as strong as I was when I first got off the cycle but I was stronger than I was before I started it(hope that made sense). Just an FYI for anyone who's scared about losing gains.

OH yeah most importantly STRETCH! I can't stress that anymore. I occasionally lifted once in a while during the time I was being lazy and I decided to lift heavy without stretching and I hurt my shoulder. Hurt like hell(spasms in shoulder) and put me out for about 3 weeks and that's where I lost a lot of strength. But that was about 2 month after the cycle.
