FOOD WILL MAKE U GROW. I KNOW SO MANY PEOPLE WHO EAT LIKE SHIT SKIP MEALS ETC.I ALWAYS KEPT FOOD MY NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL I DID NOT JUICE AND BY EATING 8 TO 10 TIMES A DAY I WENT FROM 120 5 11 FRESHMAN TO A 5 11 217 PD.SENIOR WITH 18 INCH ARMS.NO JUICE TILL COLLEGE. I AM HAPPY I DID IT THAT WAY. EATING IS SO UNDERRATED.

Food IS the most anabolic thing you can put into your body! Get your diet dialed in, you'll grow-period! I have overcome many sticking points by adjusting parts of my diet up or down.

the biggest thing that got me is I never have time, but I've overcome that w/ leftovers in tupperwear. Also peanut butter and jelly is fast easy calories you can wash down w/ your protein drinks.

TO ALL THOSE NEWBIES OUT THERE. USE THE ANOBOLIC EFFECTS OF FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE FIRST 2-3 YRS. U WILL THANK URSELF FOR IT. MOST PEOPLE USE A.S. AS A REASON TO BE LAZY AND SKIP MEALS. I GOT A FRIEND WHO ATES 3 OR MABEY 4 BULLSHIT MEALS A DAY AND SPENDS THOUSANDS ON GEAR A YEAR AND WONDERS WHY HE ALWAYS LOOKS THE SAME. THINK OF SKIPPING A MEAL AS BEING CATABOLIC AND USING YOUR OWN MUSCLE TISSUE FOR AMINOS. PUT UR SELF IN A CONSTANT CATABOLIC STATE AND U WILL NEVER GROW.MEALS DIGEST EVERY 3-4 HRS. SHAKES 1-2, ANY TIME AFTER THAT U ARE GONNA SHRINK. ANYTHING WORTH DOING IS WORTH DOING RIGHT.

Don't forget one other very important ingredient that I see so many people neglecting out of their diet...H2O.

YES...WATER! Don't forget that (I believe) 90% of the body is made up of this simple but important ingrediant.

Taking in too little of this only gives your body one option...take it from somewhere in the body.

This 8 8oz glasses of water a day thing is too little. Double that for good results.
