TO ALL THOSE NEWBIES OUT THERE. USE THE ANOBOLIC EFFECTS OF FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE FIRST 2-3 YRS. U WILL THANK URSELF FOR IT. MOST PEOPLE USE A.S. AS A REASON TO BE LAZY AND SKIP MEALS. I GOT A FRIEND WHO ATES 3 OR MABEY 4 BULLSHIT MEALS A DAY AND SPENDS THOUSANDS ON GEAR A YEAR AND WONDERS WHY HE ALWAYS LOOKS THE SAME. THINK OF SKIPPING A MEAL AS BEING CATABOLIC AND USING YOUR OWN MUSCLE TISSUE FOR AMINOS. PUT UR SELF IN A CONSTANT CATABOLIC STATE AND U WILL NEVER GROW.MEALS DIGEST EVERY 3-4 HRS. Don't forget one other very important ingredient that I see so many people neglecting out of their diet...H2O. YES...WATER! Don't forget that (I believe) 90% of the body is made up of this simple but important ingrediant. Taking in too little of this only gives your body one option...take it from somewhere in the body.
