Sometimes if you are overtraining or slightly dehydrated the lubricant on your lungs will dry up some causing your lungs to "stick to your ribs" (for lack of a better description). I believe the condition is known as pluracy(sp?) and I get the same thing from time to time. If I run everyday for a couple of months I get it really bad. It feels like a muscle cramp under your rib cage and it hurts to breath or move. This sounds like what you have. Try taking in more magnesium and potassium and drink more water. If this doesn't help or if it feels like the pain is deeper than the other side of your ribs then you should probably see a doc.
