maybe once a year or whatever, we have an Elite Bodybuilding contest, just posting pics of course. The majority of us pick a certain date, and by that date post are pics, have the mods pick who they feel is in best shape. Just like a competition just this will be via internet. This is just an idea, we are supposed to be a bunch of bodybuilders, most of us do not compete onstage, why not try this for fun. If George wants to get involved and give the winner some protein or something. Oh well, anyone have any ideas to add? I'm just at work and bored my mind is wondering.     | ||

I WOULD LOVE TO TRY IT! JUST TELL ME THE DATE AND I MIGHT HAVE TO HIT THE CUTING CYCLE A LITTLE EARLYER THAN I HAD PLANNED  WE COULD TELL THEM TO HOLD AN PIECE OF PAPER WITH THERE HANDLE ON IT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THEM? JUST A THOUGHT M18 | ||
