Hey.. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow to repair a tendon. My pectoral tendon completely tore of my bone. The doc says I can't start lifting until 4 months pass. When do you think is a safe time to start a cycle again??? ![]() ![]() ![]()

Just my opinion: Definitely wait the 4 months and let it heal. After that I would train for about 6-8 weeks to get back lost strength and to allow time for your muscle memory to kick in. Plus you have to strengthen those tendons, get them used to the strain of weight. After you feel you are back to where you left off or at least close, then I would go for a cycle. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If it was me I would start oxandrolone right away to try and keep my strength, but the heavy stuff I would wait the 4 months. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
