what would you guys do i am doing sust250 at 500 a week and was thinking about doing deca at 400 a week for week 1-10 then in week 6-12 adding some winny at 50ed would i be better to go with Eq at 400 a week then with deca i lloking for some nice mass with very little water retion .tks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I AM STARTING THE SAME CYCLE IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS . I AM STARTING WITH THE DECA AND SUST AND , THEN DOIN SOME EQ AT THE END. EQ WILL MAKE U EAT AND EAT, PLUS LESS WATER RETENTION. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW HOW WELL THIS WILL WORK. WITH A 4000 CAL DIET. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My first cycle was sust and EQ, I loved it. My next cycle was sust and deca, I stopped half way through, becuase I felt like shit. I like EQ, it gives quality gains, and if you are lean enough gives you an apperance of more muscular density. It is also pretty safe to take, so you can take it for a longer peroid of time, vs. deca. As said before, there is less water rentention, which is good for blood pressure as well as apperance. Since spring is up and coming, I would choose the EQ. Try to overshoot your sust with EQ (i.e. 8 weeks sust, 12 weeks EQ) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
