Just got a bodyfat measuring scale....holy shit, my b.f. is through the roof!! 20%!! I am doing a bulking cycle...should I stop and do cardio to get my b.f. back down or should I keep feeding my face and lifting heavy? Don't want to get any more b.f.! RICO ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Those scales are shit. They measure a different BF for me every time I step on it! Use calipers or hydrostatic measurement. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Its well known theyre not accurate. I measured 26% on one and I know Im about 16%. They are good for telling changes though. Id return it and get tested by calipers at the gym or a supp store ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Everyone complains that they're crap, but I don't think so. I've been tested using a lot of different methods and they've all been within 3% of each other. The tanita might be off a bit, but I seriously doubt it's off by 10%! Don't forget to use the athlete setting, if you're a guy. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
