I KNOW ARIMIDEX REMOVES ESTROGEN FROM YOUR BODY. BUT SOMEONE ON THE BOARD SAID ONCE THAT YOUR BODY NEEDS ESTROGEN TO BUILD MUSCLE. SO IS THIS TRUE? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It doesn't actually hinder gains, it aids them. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I believe that to make the best gains, your body needs some estrogen arround. Estrogen retains water, and we all know that most of the time water retention goes along with muscle gains. Your articulations will be more lubricated and you will be able to lift bigger weights and give an ever bigger stimulus to your muscles. Just my thoughts. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think it is a double edged sword, so to speak. It will help to aid in your gains due to the fact that it will prevent the testosterone from aromatizing leaving more active in your system. However estrogen is needed for muscle growth, and I think if you go overboard on the arimidex for a given testosterone dosage and highly suppress your estrogen then your going to be dropping the level at which you can build muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The idea is SUPPRESION,not total ELIMINATION.Arimidex will suppress estrogen conversion by as much as 80%.This still leaves 20% free-circulation,which is enough to be benificial, but not problematic from a cosmetic standpoint. What should be noted though,is that on a standard cycle, much test is converted over to estrogen by the enzyme aromitase.Blocking this enzyme from latching on(with the use of arimidex)frees up a substancial amount of test that would normally be incapacitated. In one particular study, users of arimidex had a 50+% INCREASE in serum testosterone levels over non-users of the drug...E2 brought up yet another point regarding arimidex's benifits the other day, maybe he'll add it in here as well.It is the drug of the future.... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
