I'm hitting the local Sam's Club to bulk up on foods today, getting ready for my upcoming Sust, Eq, Dbol, Fina, T3, Clen cycle that I will post the specs on later tonight. Now I'm not starting the cycle just yet-probably in 1 month, so I would like to stack up on supplies(mostly non-perishables for now)early. I will get the more fresh foods the second before starting this cycle... What do all of you bros recommend I should get? (whole foods, for VERY CLEAN EATING) Thanks ------------------ | ||

eggs Fish Chicken Steaks Lean ground beef Frozen veggies Canned Tuna Red and white wine oil and vinnegar for salads just a few things I would pick up | ||

PEANUT BUTTER! tuna, protein shakes, and go to the freezer section and look at the 'tv' dinners, try and find some that have high protein in them..most do, one of those things are like 400-500 calories, 40g protein, 20g fat..pretty good stuff | ||

They have these tubes of lean ground beef in the freezer section. Each one has to be around 5 to 10lbs. In the summer, they partially thaw these things and cut them into 1/2lb. patties. I would eat two a day...along with tons of other stuff. But that stuff was only like $2/lb, and if you buy it without having them cut it, then its only $1.75/lb. Anyway, go to the fresh meat dept. and get a couple of trays of chicken breasts and pork loins. They're real cheap and you can buy freezer bags to throw what you don't use right away into the freezer. Don't forget about the flank steak. That stuff's very lean and tastes awesome when prepared correctly. You'll have to buy that in a long rolled up strip, but just cut it up into approx. 1.0lb steaks when you get home and throw them in the freezer. You gots to love Sam's! | ||

I'm gonna look more into getting those big tubes of lean ground beef, I hope they have them at this Sam's Club, and I'm gonna load the fuck up on everything! I hope ol'Sammy restocks their warehouse after I'm done there, wouldn't want them to skimp out on everyone else...hehe ------------------ | ||

ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER, EGGS, COTTAGE CHEESE, CHICKEN BREASTS, LEAN BEEF.I COOK ALL MY MEATS IN ADVANCE AND TUPPERWARE THEM. THEY ARE GOOD LIKE THAT FOR LIKE 3 DAYS OR SO. I USE THE GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL FOR ALL MY MEATS. ITS EASY TO CLEAN AND USE. I BECAME A CHEF OVERNITE! REMEMBER U WONT GROW UNLESS U SUPPLY UR BODY WITH THE RAW MATERIALS FOR GROWTH NO MATTER HOW MUCH U JUICE. NOT EATING ENUF IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I RECONIZE FROM PEOPLE WHO SAY "I CANT PUT ANY SIZE.
