Eat a lot of the right foods. If you don't know how to properly nourish the body to maximize the anabolic effects of the sust then you probably should not use AS until you learn that oh so important aspect of this game. There are no secret tips to diet...a good diet will get you very very far. Diet is by far the most important factor in physique training. If you don't understand proper diet you are wasting your money with AS. Food is the most anabolic substance there is. Ive been training for a while, but without AS, my usual diet is about 60% carbs, 30% protein, 10% fat, i try to eat at least 1gram of protein per lb of weight. But im not sure if anything else in my diet needs tweaking, for AS's. Any help appreciated Mick ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Your ratios look right on the money. 60/31/10. I personaly think that is ideal. There are no secrets to good diet. Eat clean wholesome foods and eat good proteins and all should be well. Try to up your omega-5 fatty acids with seafood (fish). Also try to get a little more protein in your diet. I too would up the protien to at least 1 1/2 to 2 grams per pound of body weight. It's hard to help protein synthesis with out protein. Bodybuilder's bodies require more than the average Joe because we are demanding more out of our body. Keep your carbs clean and use whole grains. Eat like a horse, but remember that horses do not eat donuts and fat free chips!!
