Lol......this question screams, "SUPPLEMENT BOARD!!" But, its all good. We learn from our mistakes, and yeah, this board has more traffic, so i understand. Personally, Nortesten/Anotesten stack worked for me about a year ago. Honest to God, im not lying guys. I put on some serious mass, and gained strength. Mainly, you need to work on your diet, and what you take in every day. Up the protein, carbs, and calories, and eat 6-8 meals a day. Train like a mad man, and sleep like a baby. FOOD!! THAT WOULD BE MY CHOICE. IN MY OPINION ALL PRO-HORMONES ARE OUT OF THE QUESTION. I LIKE CREATINE AND L-GLUTAMINE. I TAKE CREATINE AFTER A WORKOUT AND ALSO I DO THE LOADING PHASE FOR THE FIRST WEEK. L-GLUTEAMINE I TAKE 15 GRAMS A DAY, 5 IN THE MORNING, 5 AFTER A WORKOUT AND 5 BEFORE I GO TO BED. I ALSO USE A MULTI-VITAMIN AND FLAX SEED OIL. HOPE THIS HELPS M18 | ||
