Lol......this question screams, "SUPPLEMENT BOARD!!" But, its all good. We learn from our mistakes, and yeah, this board has more traffic, so i understand. Personally, Nortesten/Anotesten stack worked for me about a year ago. Honest to God, im not lying guys. I put on some serious mass, and gained strength. Mainly, you need to work on your diet, and what you take in every day. Up the protein, carbs, and calories, and eat 6-8 meals a day. Train like a mad man, and sleep like a baby.
