i'm in the middle of a cycle stacking deca and winstrol. I want to get bigger but definately want to get more ripped. I'm starting to see size but not sure if or when i'll get the cut effect i am looking for. I run usually around 20 min. a day. What are your thoughts on cutting gel? It's pretty much impossible to get big and ripped off of the same cycle.. Your drugs (deca/winny) are best for cutting up, and preserving the muscle that you allready have, and maybe gaining a few rock hard lbs.. But, considering your doing cardio, and probably not eating enough food, don't plan to get too big.. You kinda have to pick what you want to do.. Get ripped (low cal/high protein diet with cardio), or get huge (high calories/protein and no cardio. So your faced with a dilema.. Decide what you want... Considering you cycle though.. Be careful running too much while on juice. It can cause your heart to enlarge, it's a muscle too ya know. Just eat lean foods and run about 5 mins a day, just enough to get a decent sweat going. When you get off the gear, then wait about 2 weeks and get to cutting. Try and take advantage of that cycle to gain LEAN mass, not to cut. I personnaly don't approve of runners being on roids.
