I am currently on a cycle of Deca, and putting on decent mass, but really need to get rid of the spare tire. I am doing 15 minutes of fast-paced cardio EOD before workouts and 150 situps 7 days a week. I don't want to do too much cardio or I'll sacrifice some mass...any advice on whether or not what I'm doing will work? I have very little body fat except for the gut.

150 situps everyday is too much bro. It is possible to gain size while losing fat. You need to dial in your diet! I follow a 1/2/3 rule: 1part fats, 2 parts carbs, 3 parts pro. So, a 600cal meal would be 100cals from fat, 200cals from carbs, 300cals from Protiens. This works pretty well if you can stick to it and know your foods.

Add some t3. try 25mcg to 50mcg ed.

In order to get rid of the gut you will need to go into calorie deficiency and you cannot do that during a bulking cycle (since you need more calories for growth or calorie excess).

Wait until after the Bulking cycle and hit the cardio/eca/clen and work off that gut.

Yes, you can loose fat while gaining mass...and the only way to do it is watching your diet.
If you eat lots of protein, you are not going to lose muscle mass while shed on fat...and if you keep your carb intake intelligent (complex carbs like rice durning the day) you can gain mucle mass at the same time...but you need to forget about the weight...gaining fatfree mass is very slow.
