Okay. I am very new to AS. In fact, I have only been taking Clenbuterol for two days. (which I know is not a steroid) I have taken four tabs @ .02mg each today. I haven't noticed anything (shakiness, tremours, - which I DID when on ECA) I will up the dosage to say 5-6 hoping that will help and just keep working out and running on an empty stomach. HERE IS MY QUESTION: I want to get as cut as possible in two months. (Honeymoon coming :-) ) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED THE FIRST THING YOU NEED IS A GOOD DIET. HIGH PROTEIN,MOD CARBS AND LOW FAT. AS FOR A CUTING CYCLE WINNY IS VERY GOOD FOR CUTING UP. I WOULD DO EITHER WINNY AND EQ, WINNY AT 50MG/ED FOR 6 WEEKS AND EQ AT 400MG/WEEK FOR 8-10 WEEKS OR YOU CAN USE WINNY AND FINA, THE WINNY AT 50/ED FOR 6 WEEKS AND FINA AT 1CC/ED OR EOD FOR 6 WEEKS. BOTH WINNY AND EQ DON'T HOLD THAT MUCH WATER IF ANY SO YOU WON'T GET THAT BLOATED LOOK. JUST REMEMBER DIET AND CARDIO AT LEATS 4X A WEEK FOR AT LEAT 30MIN. Yea i agree with mustang. however i would say depending on how lean you are now that i would do cardio at least 6 days a week for 30 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. because 2 months is 8 weeks and that is not that long to get into shape if you are not already in it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

my advice would be to up the clen to like ten or so (split throughtout the day till ya work out.)i think your receptors will only take it for like up to 10 days or so. higer dosages 5-7 days.but there is so much debate on that. individual response will vary. as far as diet LOW CARB cycling.i will go two weeks or so on like 100 grams or so split into six meals. winstrol and primo are not fat burners but are good because they will not aromatize. i keep the cardio at like 3 days per week to spare energy for working out and recovery on a low carb diet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Why don't you consider throwing in some Triacana in there? It's a relatively mild and safe thyroid hormone analogue that'll serve to up your BMR and help you to burn more calories throughout the day. It's damn cheap and pretty easily available too. I'm gonna start my cutting/fat loss & muscle maintenence cycle soon too. It's made up of Primo Depot, Winny Depot, Proviron, Triacana, and Clen & ECA alternating every 2 weeks. Good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
