As many of you know i hurt my back (crushed disc) well alot of you said not to go back on until after i had a solid month or two in the gym. Well guys i couldn't take it anymore and broke out the gear that came from my trusty source..it goes as follows

Flintstones children chewables
week 1 3 barneys, 2 freds, 1 bam bam
week 2 2 wilmas 2 dinos 2 barneys
shocking my body by mixing it up
week 3 5 freds, 2 bam bams (makes a-50's look like andropoppers LOL) 3 wilmas to help with cutting...LOL..anyways guys you get the idea, thanks for the support and cycle info, the mods have been great
