I need some answers on training--Do you guys stick to the usual 6-10 reps during or no. I was going to do it like this.

Day 1 - Chest, shoulders, traps
Day 2 - Back, abs, calves
Day 3 - Bi's, tri's, forearms
*****All 7-10 reps. 3 sets.
Day 4 - Legs, calves
Day 5 - 7 repeat at 15 reps, 2 per set.

I've read that going higher in reps is optimal when DNP kicks in. Suggestions?
Cardio? Diet?

I have cut the heavy training out for this week. Everything feels heavy while on DNP. I am sticking to around an 8-15 rep scheme. I am doing a combo of my usual free weights, but I have added so machines and hammer stength equipment to hit the higher reps with.
