How do you get rid of this FUCKIN SHIT !!? I can't breathe, I can't workout hardcore, my heart beats faster, when I try to fall asleep, I just can't, my heart beats for no reason, sometimes I feel like I'm gonna have a fuckin heart attack! How do you kill this shit man? sorry for my profanity.     | ||

I had a similar problem. I went to see a doctor, he determined I had bronchial pneumonia and gave me a prescription for Zithromax, which cleared it up in a week. I lost nearly 20 pounds before I went to the doc--one of the things I was complaining about was extreme weight loss; he had me take off my shirt and told me I looked big (he had never seen me before). This was before my chest X-rays came back. I gained the weight back in 5 weeks. If it's affecting you this badly, see a doc. | ||

Do you think it might be? I am always in shorts, even at night, I'd go to the gym in a t-shirt and shorts, even driving to a drive-thru, i wear a jacket and all, could it be i have pneumonia?! i doubt it, i went to the doc 2 days prior to my cycle because i really thought i was just going to collapse. i had a shortness of breath, i took NYQUIL just to go to bed and it ended up fucking me up for good, i aint stopping my cycle, but he told me, when i was there, that i have a chest congestion, and will feel miserable for a few days. well i never did, the cold, the throat, the headache, the fever symptoms went away, but now this fuckin heart, this breathing problem is really pissing me off. i just took some sudafed, but when i lay down, i just have to breath faster and deeper and my heart just beats faster for no reason, i am always calm. it's like, when i try to fall asleep, the tension in my heart kinda builds up, then i have to get up quick because any second now, i feel a heart attack coming, seriously... | ||

Sudafed contains Pseudoephedrine which is similar to ephedrine and could well be causing your heart to beat faster. I would stop taking it and see if things improve. Been going through a similar thing myself the last few weeks, started taking erythrymocin 6 days ago and my chest is improving now. ------------------ | ||

is erythrymocin prescription or OTC? what does it do? and about the sudafed, i know it contains that, but i wasn't on it, i took it because of this, so i just took a dose today. | ||

erythrymocin is a pescription antibiotic which is used to treat bacterial infections like pneumonia (lung infections). It kills certain bacteria or stops their growth. The reason I mentioned the sudafed was that the phsuedoephrine can cause heart palpitations which might be what your having. | ||

I will give it one more week, it seems to be ok, like right now i feel fine but not 100%, more like 80% fine, if it gets worse or doesn't improve, i will see a doc. and kill this annoying shit. thanks. | ||

80% of respiratory infections are viral NOT bacterial. antibiotics only kill bacteria not viruses. get some Plain Robitussin. Take 4 teaspoonfuls 4-6 times a day and drink a boat load of water throughout the day and this will break up any chest congestion. |
