hey bro's i am fixing to do my 4th cycle and it's gonna be a major bulking cycle to put on around 30lbs or more... My preference is Ultimate Nutrition whey when I just want straight protein and Perfect Rx when I want to add some carbs. Vanilla Perfect Rx tastes like pudding I also like Isopure, but it is more expensive per serving than the other 2, even when purchased in bulk. Speaking of Stew's stuff, anyone know how much protein per serving it contains and how big a serving size is? I received my sample last week but lost the paperwork. | ||
