woooohooo..just got threw with 1st injection..i was scared shitless then it went in and i couldnt even feel it..alittle sore now, any suggestions to get this to go away?     | ||

If it is sust. Just wait to FEEL THE PAIN! just kidding not a hole lot you can do it is kinda a good sore thing like when you get sore from lifting.Make you first count bro. | ||

congrats, I just did my first on friday, I found to get the sorness to go away, just rub it for a bit, and stretch.. I worked for me ------------------ | ||

i did a 150mg of eq..3cc's..gotta do another 3cc's thursday..i got a heating pad on it and im going to start my new lifting routine tomorrow. | ||

Message the injection area that works for me. I started my frist cycle last week and this sust makes my ass sore as hell. But rubbing the injection area really helps. | ||

rub hard in that fluid can clump up about 1 minute after injection ill rub the site for at least 2 minutes real hard i have a knot from 4 yrs ago before i used to rub them out | ||

Welcome ! I just did too ! My thigh is still sore (I injected on saturday) but it's not that bad. I'll probably wait until wednesday for the legs... I didn't know you could have a knot by not massaging the area... DS |
