I have come across some 1,4 Butanediol that I can get as 99.8% pure. I called to see how many grams are in it, and he said it was totally pure and so it had 1000 grams in the liter of it. He also said that it is a thick substance...like a thick syrup. Is that how it's supposed to be? WTF? Any comments... ------------------     | ||

Sorry bro never bought any BDO that was thick like syrup. Its not a real thin substance either, it does have a thickness to it but nothing like syrup. Not to say the shits not legit just i havent seen any like that. Hopefully someone else here can be more help. | ||

YES..I have used it and it was like syrup..but if you are going to use it and go to the bar dont leave it out in the cold..it crystalizes and you have to warm it up on the stove in hot water...your all good bro email me if you got any other quest. | ||

Yes, 1,4 butanediol does become syrupy at slightly below room temperature. You have the real thing. However, as someone already said it crystallizes at around 5-10 degrees Celsius, If this happens just microwave it on high for 20-30s. To avoid this, just store it at room temperature. At this temperature it should have the consistency of a light syrup. Hope this helps. Godspeed |
