this is something 2 tell u guys if u guys think u have it bad.I just got sentenced 2 11 monthes prizon earyler today and they judge gave me one day before i have 2 go 2 jail. im a union carpentor a third year aprentice and i have one more year before i would of been making 23 dollars a hour. i have 2 go 2 school i week every 3 monthes for school in order 2 stay in the union. so i will lose my job and be kicked out of the union . i have a girlfreind and a 2 year old boy ,she has 2 saport him and pay bills with out me i was the main bill payer. im going 2 prizon for stealing weights from a apartment it was mabey about 300 dollars worth .the owner lied 2 get money and said it was over a thousand dollars with of shit . there was a freind who was with me that did it and i would not nark on him and everyone said they would reduce my sentince if i did. I WISH I TOOK SOME H.G ABOUT 3 CYCLES WORTH. I HAD A PRYER CONVICTIONS NOTHING MAJOR AND THIS FUCKED ME ALL UP. I NOT POSTING THIS FOR SMPATHY JUST 2 LET U GUYS NO LIFE COULD BE ALLOT WORSE IF U THINK U HAVE IT BAD. THE JUDGE GAVE ME ONE DAY BEFORE I HAVE 2 GO .I HAVE 2 BE THERE TOMARRO MORNING AT 9:00 AM AT THE JAIL. I TOOK ABOUT 3 PERCASETS PAIN KILLERS 2 COPE WITH ALL OF THIS .AND I JUST GOT DONE FUCKING MY GIRLFREIND IN THE ASS .FOR THE LAST TIME .IM EVEN EATING OREO COOKIES 2 MAKE ME FEEL BETTER . I THOUGHT ABOUT KILLING MY SELF EARLEYIER . ONE DAY IM ON TOP OF THE WORD AND THE NEXT DAY MY LIFE IS OVER .BUT I WANT 2 THANK ALL U GUYS IN HERE THIS CHAT ROOM HAS HELPED ME OUT ALOT .THERE ARE ALLOT OF SMART PEOPLE IN HERE .AND HONEST PEOPLE THANKS WATERBOY     | ||

Your an ohio boy and I feel for you bro.Have been in this situation befor and I know how much despair you must be feeling. What institution are they sending you to,if it is orient that aint all that bad espacally if you are a juicer. But doing the time is only half it worry is the other.Hope your family and girl stick buy you. I hate to see people sentenced to prison for stupid shit. im going 2 larain prison not county.thanks for the sapport every little bit helps allot .i just have 2 block it all out .its driving me crazzy. they should of never gave me this day of freedom today.because ill im doing is thinking and worrying. and im not a big guy im only 160 pounds .i gained 30 pounds from the juice . i started of at 130 pounnds . im just happy for my peorsanall gains i have a good looking body nicely built and im stong for my size i squat 500 pounds and i bench 255 but im not big | ||

well what happened was all the weights were kept coming up missing and there were only a few left i figured if every one is going 2 take them i was going 2 two before there all gone . i know what i did is wroung but i cant change what happend what i did . or how i got punished .or how my girlfreind and kid are going 2 get by for the next 11 monthes. but what u are saying is true steal jail .but check this out . roids = jail .how u feel about that there are no perfect angels in here . | ||

Your going to Jail for how long? For stealing weights? What the hell did you do before this? Anything under $2500.00 is a misdemeanor????? Those trials are held in small claims. What are you not telling us. You don't go to jail for stealing weights. Let alone that long. Did you defend yourself? Appeal it and get a lawyer man. Something does'nt sound right here. If you truely are going to jail, I feel for you....you should easily be able to get off with a lawyer....at least stay out of jail. Worst thing they can do is make you pay back the man for his weights. Sorry, but your getting screwed somewhere or your not letting us in on all the info. GET A LAWYER. | ||

I said I do not believe in victim less crimes. If you take from somebody else there is a victim. If you hit somebody while your drunk there is a victim. If you don't hit anybody and make it home safe there is no victim. Taking drugs in you own home has no victim except yourself(a victim less crime). I just don't believe in victim less crimes. If I go to jail for juice, yes I know the risk, But I don't agree with the law, however do agree with the theft law. Like you said it is the past now. Don't ever do it again. Be a model and get out early. Get another job or two when you get out and make you life good again. | ||

Bro let me say again sorry for what happend and as far as your size and bench that is enought to defend yourself,but dont get into to much shit because if you are good there is a good chance you can get SHOCKED out in 60-90 days. Trust me I am not talking out of my ass being good in jail will get you privlages and pay off. 160 is not real big so you are going to have some people test you. If it is not importain LET IS GO IF U WANT OUT, if not bust there ass hard in the nose. GOOD=early release. By the way you did get yourself in this mess but sometimes you cant see it coming. Bro I will pray for you. I wish you lots of luck,and if you have a girl and a kid it aint all that bad stick around. I dont know about internet in prison but you can have personal tvs,microwaves and such so mabey can have a computer. If you could that would be pretty cool. | ||

State prison is for sentences over 1 year. So you'll prolly be in a county. And being that you got sentenced to 11 months makes you elligible for parole. Whcih will get to you within 60 days. Then after that, it takes another 30 days to get approved. So you're looking at 90 days bro. It sucks..I'ver been there so I know. Just don't get in any fights and do what you're told. good luck. | ||

Sorry to hear about that. But 11mo is just enough time if your mentally prepared to enhance your mind and body in jail. Get ahold of some good books. Maybe even some financial ones...you may have a hard time getting a job later...but you can still start your own business and become a millionaire! You will need to come out strong (mentally) to get back on your feet with your family and society. Go in there with a good attitude. Remember, its all attitude! bro I do feel bad for you. I think that the sentence is way to harsh. With that said, why did you steal, i mean if you life was so good before this whole thing, why would you steal? I think he mentioned he had a prior felony. In another post, he mentioned priorS (plural). Do they consider prior convictions when sentencing? Maybe he was on probation. There was a kid I used to chat with on IRC who got 6 monts and $5,000 fine and 5 years probation for selling weed, and for posession of roids when they searched his house. That seems harsh for a first-time offense! Then again, maybe I didn't get the whole story. He actually writes to me from jail! He is OK but BORED shitless. | ||

He would break into anyone of our places and steal our juice or coin, if he would steal fucking weights. If you got busted for poss. I would feel for you, but you are the type of asshole that would say in his defense that the reason I stole was because of the steriods I was on.
