Absolutely. Just find a chiropractor that specializes in sports injuries and athletes. If you are training heavy and puttting a pounding on your joints you owe it to yourself to see one.
I'd be happy to discuss this with you in greater detail if you'd like. Osteopaths are good choices over MD's but a chiropractor specailizes whilst an osteopath ( a classically trained one) does learn some long lever joint manipulations a chiro is much better. Ask AnimalB he's a chiropractor.

My chiropractor helps me alot. I go about once a month if I 've been training really consistently heavy.

...I strained my lower back at work last year. The company sent me to a well-known
orthopedist. After three months with no improvement(and MUCH pain)I went to see a
chiropractor on my own.I got immediate relief
(he said if I had came in right after the injury he could have had me much better in two visits).I'm still rehabing my back but am
MUCH better now.I go every four to five weeks.Everything positive you have ever heard about chiropractors is true! I swear by it now and highly recommend them!

I miss my old Chiropractor...Cool guy, was an ex college athlete so he knew more about the little aches and pains which didn't take much to describe to him...

I started going after a little fender bender when my lower back got tight and sore after barely doing a workout...After a full body X-ray I my neck looked like a straight line. After he explained how things should be I was pretty aprehensive, but it was worth the time in my opinion for the treatment.

bump that. Chiropractors are great. If that doesn't work, that new Med 1st Vax-D thing might. I'll probably go give it a try soon since the chiropractor seems more of a temporary thing for my back. After about a month, it hurts again. I want total healing, not temporary relief. I definately feel better after I go to the chiropractor though. If you miss an appointment, boy do you pay for it. Like I am now. OW!!
