if any body knows about laws or lawyers in jersey let me know...my friend was pulled over car search was shady, and they got him with 160 pink thai and test.     | ||

What was the reason they said they searched was? Recently a buddy of mine got searched, "they thought the car was stolen" it didnt hold up to well so the da didnt want to accept the case, I guess b/c he figured any lawyer could argue they had no right to search and be suspicious anyways (new car, licensce plate was on, owner was driving ect..). ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board) | ||

This is the most important thing... DID HE GET ANY KIND OF TICKET??? If he didnt and they searched his car then it was a illegal search and seizure. They had to of had a reason to pull him over. If he didnt get a ticket, the charges will be dropped. A good lawyer will have a field day. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day.
