This guy emailed me with some really good price like sust at 5 bucks an amp. His email account is an aol one. Should I be worried? He gave me people's email as ref but if there his friends what does that help? He doesn't go on any boards he said. Help. ------------------     | ||

bro stay far away from this guy. If he emailed you then there is a problem, good sources just don't email people. Take your time and don't be in a hurry to find just any source. All it takes is one time and your fucked | ||

dafoe, what's up brother? If you've never heard of this guy's references don't order from him....I asked around, and haven't found one person that has heard of this dude. His prices seem too good to be true and his list is way too big bro. e-mail the mods before you even do a test order....I personally would rather jab myself in the eye with a pitch fork then give even a couple of dollars to a scammer. | ||

don't chance it. i had the same thing happen to me. i checked the sources so called references and everything seemed ok. about 2 weeks later the dude was all over many scammer lists. keep in mind, even with references, you could be communicating with the same person. i would stay away if he volunteered the info. if your going to do any checking on sources, check with a mod. peace, cpa. | ||

I don't think that any sources are dumb enough to use an AOL account either. Don't even consider it.......If you wait and watch around you will find a good source. | ||

First rule of evaluating a source: If they email you without a request from you...run the other way. Solid sources gain customers by referal and by establishing a good reputation. Email a mod. ------------------ | ||

I'd stay away. I get paranoid enough with sources I know to be legit. $5 an amp? Pretty suspect. | ||

I recently received an email from a "alleged" source at an AOL account. I simply replied that if he is going to be committing illegal acts then he might want to tighten up his internet security. What a dummy! A child perhaps... |
