last day of week 3 was saturday. this is my first cycle. Using 250 sust/wk for 9 weeks and 5 dbol/day for 4 weeks. Weight is up a solid 10 pounds, not as much as i was hoping to have gained by now, but I have absolutely no water retention, and I'm thinking my dbol is fake or underdosed, or maybe my body just doesn't respond well to the pinkies. I'll be using romanian naps for my next cycle, so we'll see. My waist has actually gotten a little smaller since I started the cycle, despite eating everything in site, which is good, but not what I expected, seeing as I am trying to bulk and not cut. Arms are about 3/4 inch bigger so far, back is much wider, and shoulders are ripped and MUCH wider. I've put about an inch on my legs so far, even though I've been slacking in training that area, I've got to find a new training partner who is not a pussy! It sucks trying to train hardcore while your partner is a "chest and bi's" wussy. Anyway, even though my weight is not up as much as I'd like, I'm still pretty happy with where I am, and I should be able to get at least another 10 - 15 pounds once the sust kicks in. I would up it to 500 a week, but i don't have enough. Oh well, that's what second cycles are for! ------------------ | ||

Those are serious increases in measurements! Sounds like your composition is changing, gaining good muscle mass and decreasing fat. What are your stats? Weight? Height? Is this your first cycle? | ||

hey scuba, thanks for the positive feedback! I'm 26 years old, this is my first cycle. I've been training for about 2 years seriously and put about 15 pounds on naturally. Since I'm getting up there in years (not OLD, but getting to that point where it's REAL tough to gain anything naturally), I decided to use AS to help things along. I'm not looking to get huge, just look good for myself. I've been called skinny my whole life, and I'm so sick of hearing it. Calling a guy skinny to his face is like calling a woman fat to her face, it hurts and it's not real good for the self esteem. ------------------ | ||

I'm using the pinks right now and was taking 7/day, and didn't see much so I up it to 10 and starting seeing some water retention, I think the Thais suck! Next time will be using the russians. However up 15 lbs. and starting the 3rd week today. So the Ara-test hasn't kicked in yet. great gains to you so far. ------------------ | ||

Sounds like we are almost in the same spot. I am also 26, 5'6" and up to 178 now, mid cycle. Good job on your gains, keep us updated. | ||
