ive searched the archives and im still in need of some info. recently i aquired a 100ml vial of B12........3,000mcg/ml but im reading about guys taking 200mcg. its a vet product and i have unlimited access to it and its cheap so i wanted to give B12 a 'shot' for its effects on energy levels.... Dosage and adminstration: i checked out: and a few other links.......someone familiar with the use of B12 give a bro some advice in solidarity Unity66     |
