Alright... I am 5'6" My cycle was 200mgs tes, 200 mgs primo and I have two weeks to go on it. I went from 157-180 and I seem to be stable at 178-182. This is my first cycle ever and I want to maintain as much of the gain as possible. I have no side effects so far, jewels same size, no acne, no BP. This is my last two weeks. When should I start taking Clomid or tribulus? Should I vary my workout? My caloric intake? When should I start getting rid of fat? Any suggestions for next cycle? Thanks in advance... | ||

Post your current diet body composition and w/o. Clomid - start now and run 50 mg ED for a week.

I am not sure about my bf%, but you can see my abs and when I pinch, you can catch just a little bit. I should probably invest in a bf checker. I do want to lose around five pounds or so. My diet is a stuff your face as much as you can with clean foods. I dont eat simple sugars or saturated fats ever. I eat lots of fish, eggs and chicken. I eat around five times a day, around 250 grams of protein. I have not done any cardio at all for the past two months. How much should I start doing? Will do the clomid, should I do tribulus as well? Thansk for your help! | ||

Trib when using Clomid is like using Andro while on Test. Save the Trib for later. I would drop 500 calories for now, and add in some cardio. Try to burn 500 calories every time(4 times a week) you go to the gym. This would net a loss of about 1.5 pounds per week. | ||

Thanks Shadow My routine is similar to yours, five days a week, bodypart per day. I pyramid everything just about, high intensity. Should I vary my workout as well? What can I shoot for keeping out of this gain? Percentage wise LBM only? Suggestion for next cycle? | ||

Keep w/o out as heavy as possible. Use the Cardio to cut. What you will retain is hard to estimate. You should retain most - you might lose back to 170-175 once the bloat(if any) is gone. I look at the last couple of weeks as "solidifying" gains. Using more anabloic compounds, and cleaning up the diet a bit. I would go for a short cutting cycle similar to the one on my updated results thread. | ||

Primo would be a better choice than the Test. |
