This happens to me almost every night. I wake up at 4 to pee and then I can't fall back to sleep and I'm exhausted the next day. A friend said I should stop drinking water after 8pm, but going 10-12 hrs w/o water doesn't sound good to me. Am I the only one with this problem? Bro, I used to have the same problem. Actually, I've been able to fall back asleep if I wake up now since I started taking ZMA every night before bed. I don't know if this is truly a side-effect of the ZMA, but I swear it has made me sleep better. If you're already taking it, I don't know what to tell you. ZMA is one of the most rediculos(sorry for spelling,english second language) rip offs supplement companies could come up with.And the most amazing thing is,it works!Not ZMA,the ripping off! It's a zink and magnesium.Just take multi-vitamins and minerals and don't pay for "study shows that after using ZMA athletes serum testosteron level increase up to 87%",don't be a fool.It's enough that goverment robs you. Back to your question: have you tried melatonin? I actually can't waik up,when on it,and don't even remember when I go to piss,thank god,I don't piss in the bed yet,haahaaa.. Turkey has melatonin in it. Eat a few slices of turkey about 30 mins before bedtime, with a glass of milk, and you'll be out like a light. Carbs are also great for slowing you down, but unless you want chubby cheeks, don't eat carbs then go to sleep. LOL. Hope this helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Thanks, lads. I have been considering melatonin, but I'm a little anxious about using it on a regular basis. I've heard that it affects the thyroid and I don't know the effects of long-term use. How often do you recommend I use it and in what dose? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
