Anyway this guy in Pump says that the muscle bag stretching (fascia stretching) stuff is misunderstood. They way I understand it he's saying the permanent adaptations occur more or less in the circulatory system. For instance he suggests a cycle to change your "set point". It involves using a pretty androgenic stack and maybe throwing in some A-50 and allowing yourself to retain water. (No anti-estrogens or diuretics). This water is easily lost later, but your system has been forced to adapt to this extra weight, making a space for some extra muscle. He seems to say that the adaptations are really in the cappillaries, veins, etc., and this fact has been hiding under the guise of muscle memory. Anyway, any comments?

If you're talking about Borrensen, take it with a grain of salt. He has totally lost his marbles. However, I do somewhat agree with that theory. The only thing that doesn't jive is that your metabolism will not cooperate if it's too fast.

one of the guys who taught me about juice said basically the same thing, and it worked well. I put 80lbs on, and held it for 5 mos. Now, When I come off, I never drop below this weight. I ate like a horse, used lots of androgens. Now when I come off, I rarely lose strength as well. |
