Whats up bros, i haven't been on the bored for awhile. Waiting on what my neurosurgeon had to say about a busted disc. I have been out of lifting for 4 months. Dropped about 35 pounds in weight. I don't need surgery due to therapy helping me out. Well i had my first day back in the gym today. I wasn't rushing anything. But i'm extremely frustrated. I was around 195-200 keeping my bodyfat at 5-7%. Now i'm ashamed to even look at myself. I know there was little if anything i could do about the rapid drop but i feel really low right now. While i was extremelly happy to be back in the gym today after 4 months, i was extremely frustrated with what has happened. As i said i spent my time working each bodypart, just doing 1 exercise 2 sets(warm-up, moderate), just to get my mind/muscle link back and to get my body use to the feel of any kind of training. An interesting question i have is, would going back "on" allow me to get back to where i was quicker? Taking deca ect. or should i just wait till i have worked out awhile to get some of my natural strength and muscle back..like i said i was around 195-200, 5-7%, thank you equipoise LOL..i love the stuff..i gotta run right now..i will post more later. Thanks bros for listening.

THAT SUCKS BRO! I WOULD TRAIN FOR A LITTLE WHILE AND GET THE FEELING OF BEING BACK IN THE GYM AND WORKING HARD BEFORE STARTING TO USE AGAIN BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFRENT SO I COULD BE WRONG. GOOD LUCK ON WHAT EVER YOU DECIDE TO DO M18

I agree, train naturally for a little while. Get your body (tendons & ligaments especially) used to training. I think going right back on will just put you more at risk for injury. Good luck! ------------------

You need to go natural for at least 4 months to make up for what you have missed. You will get back to where you were quickly because of muscle memory. I would also advise a 1/2 hour warm-up before every workout. It has to be part of your routine from now on.

i would say stay natural for about two months as long as long as your in the gym 5 days a week. your body should have fully responded by then, and if not take another week or two. ------------------
