Ive just completed a 7 month accutane course with excellent results. I now want to start a steroid cycle, which I fear would trigger my acne again. I want to prevent this by using accutane for the duration of the cycle. However, my dermatologist has stopped my perscription Is there a source from whom I can obtain accutane. Im sorry for openly asking about sources.     | ||

The reason why the doc stopped the script bro is because of the liver damage it can cause if used too long. You were on for 7mths which is a while. I am sure your acne cleared up and no reason to continue with its use. If you do use steroids and get the acne back just go back, let him know it has returned and you will get another script. Peace. I don't see why people have a problem getting their acne treated. Anytime your acne reappears just go to the doctor and get treated if it's bad enough. It's not anything you need to get a "source" for. And I believe health insurance will cover part of the bill won't it? Where the acne came from is none of his damn business. | ||

Yeah, it will become toxic very easily when it builds up. I used it and I wound up having severe joint pain in my knees and elbows to the point where I was in a wheel chair for a week. ------------------ | ||

Im from the UK. Here treatment and medication is free. However it is impossible to get a prescription. I tried getting on accutane for 3 years but each time I was given a different antibiotic, non of which works. I REALLY NEED A SOURCE. | ||

not to sound like a broken record, and I KNOW no one is going to post a source on the board about "where to get..." But I have also thought about getting hold of accutane and having it one hand in case I start breaking out. So.... well my email address is at the bottom if anyone wants to email me with good news. |
