I spoke to an AS friendly nurse yesterday,
and asked her about my frequent abcesses
on my current cycle - she's know me for
years (knows that I've been cycling for a
long time) and said that from what she felt, I had a tremendous amount of scar tissue
built up around my glutes. Does anyone
know of any remedies (I guess besides time);
that may get rid of some of this, so I can
finish my cycle correctly. I'm beginning
to think that I really might have to go
clean for at least 6 months. Needless, to
say I've definitely got to taper off this
suspension and switch to an ester.

I had the same problem years ago; the needle would bend when it hit the muscle as there was so much scar tissue. I tried a procedure that was recommended by J.J. Marsh and the doc ended up burning my ass instead.

Anyways I now use my quads and my delts for the shots, no problems there yet although I am starting to get scar tissue in my quads as well.

Well all I can think of is the obvious ones.

Using a smaller needle
Using the quads and delts more
And as you said laying off suspension and perhaps using enanthate or cypionate instead.

Ask your doc about ultrasound. Sometimes it can be used to remove scar tissue more quickly, but I'm not sure whether it's been to long for you to use ultrasound or not.
