I normally just listen to whatever's playing on the gym radio, but that N'sync shit's getting old. I workout alone and don't like to be disturbed, but those socializing jackasses(you know -the ones that take 30 min between sets of 5lb dumbell curls) in the gym always want to try and talk and screw up my workouts. I've noticed if I put on some headphones they'll stay away. I find myself listening to harder stuff than I normally do like Marylin Manson, Alice and Chains, or Def tones. What's everyone else like?     | ||

To be totally honest...I listen to the main theme from Conan the Barbarian. I have a kick ass gym in my home...so I put it on repeat and listen to it every day that I lift....only that song.
