Guys,I need to ask you a quick question? I know everyone's different,but I need your honest opinion. Do you think that Aratest@500mgs for 10 weeks along with EQ@400mgs for 10 weeks can net me a 30 pound gain. That's just if diet and training are in order,which they all ready are. I think you are using too much. With that out of the way, I will tell you that you will see 30+ pounds as long as you get 4000+ calories and 250g of protein per day, train your ass off (and if you have decent genetics). A buddy of mine gained 40 pounds off of a 12 week deca cycle and he didn't go over 400mg/week on a diamond pattern. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Like 2thick said, you can do it. And i also think you can do it on lower dosages. I think 2thick and I are some of the only people on this board that believe in low dosages being effective. But your diet, and training and resting will play a big part. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

that might be a bit much for a first cycle...but if you choose to do it..and you probably will, cause why else would you have posted it..you should see really good gains...my first was sus @ 250/week for 8 with d-bol for 6...i gained 47...kept 37..lost mostly water...later ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

That looks like a good cycle...It's not too heavy. Unless you weight 125 pounds you won't get 30 pounds at 4000 calories. Diet is the most important factor in growth...Food is the true anabolic agent in any cycle. Your doses look fine but if you want 30 pounds you must eat to gain it. I forgot to list my stats-I'm 26 years old 6'3" 251 pounds with legit 9% bodyfat. I think at my size I need those dosages,at least that what I've been told. I've consulted with Huck,E2,and a bunch of other knowledgeable bros on board. I eat 3500-4000 calories a day to maintain my current size. So,I'm looking to take in at least 6,000+ calories a day along with 400 grams of protein. So,does the Ara,EQ,and diet sound about right?-THE PROTOTYPE ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The only modification I would make would be the addition of d-bol for the first 5-6 weeks(30-40mgs/day).That will surely net you those 30lbs you're looking for.Outside of that,everything else looks perfect big man... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
